Cohort Zero is a four-week live intensive for founders and operators who have become the constraint in their own company. Every process that matters still routes through you: hiring, client onboarding, invoicing, follow-ups. You didn't build a business — you built a job with worse hours.

The workshop works differently from a course. Across four weekly live sessions, we rebuild your real workflows together, on camera — the systems spreadsheet, the automation flows, the weekly operating checklists, and the launch playbook. Nothing is theoretical: you leave each session with the artifact running in your business, and the full Operator Kit is yours to keep.

It's built for owner-operators of service businesses and small teams — agencies, consultancies, studios — who are hands-on in the work and ready to delegate it properly. Cohorts are capped at twelve seats so every participant gets their systems rebuilt in the room, not in a comment thread.
